La Solange cottage is on its own private lot. We are close to the airport, churches, shopping, and right off of I-10 and I-49, making it easy to get to wherever you want to be within minutes. Traveling without a vehicle is no issue, Uber is available. The front of our cottage faces Gloria Switch Road, while our back semi- secluded porch faces a wooded area. WiFi is available. We have a Jacuzzi, no shower, king-size bed, 55" Smart TV, kitchenette, sitting area, and a semi-secluded balcony.

The calendar is synced and updated daily. We are in a prime safe location close to the Houma Civic Center. We offer a private space-perfect for a couple's getaway or work trip! There's also a semi private courtyard and pool. The 322 sq.ft studio includes Wifi, a full bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. Enjoy the patio of plants, drink some wine, or simply unwind and relax. This cottage is your home away from home while traveling in the bayou area Children under age of 12 are not allowed.

Much more than an overnight stay, this is an experience. Come to the country to get away from it all. Enjoy the great outdoors in this quaint little cabin that allows outdoor relaxing under a fully covered porch. Catch a fish, roast a s'more or pet a goat. Golf cart available for touring around. Glamping at its best. Finally had to give in to technology and add WIFI for guests (free) and added a cell phone booster as well for better outside communication when needed. Pool is now available.

Once at the cabin, you will be welcomed with a fire pit area, a cozy hammock under the shade trees, picnic table perfect to dine outside and the coziest porch to sip coffee in the morning while observing the wildlife.

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.
