Deze charmante gîte is gelegen te midden van wijngaarden met prachtige vergezichten. Ze werd volledig vernieuwd in het jaar 2023 en voorzien van alle luxe en comfort zodat ze uw vakantie onvergetelijk maakt. Wie houdt van genieten, stilte en mooie natuur is hier aan het juiste adres. Het gebouw is opgedeeld in 2 woonsten gescheiden door een haag met genoeg privacy en ruimte. Ik en mijn vriendin wonen in het andere gebouw maar zijn vaak afwezig wegens werk en tonen alle respect voor u privacy

Delightful family-friendly traditional C18th stone cottage typical of the Gers with lovely open views and very large pool. Set in stunning garden near world famous picturesque village and Collegiate of La Romieu (restaurants, shops). The cottage and studio flat (Green room) are charming and beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality bed linen, crockery and cutlery. Fully functional kitchens, washmachines, BBQ for your comfort along with wifi and smart TVs programable for netflix etc.

Grand studio avec terrasse vue sur la rivière

Studio de 32m2 avec grande terrasse, il se trouve dans l'enceinte du beau village de Vianne, au calme et à deux pas des commerces. Des places de parking gratuites se trouvent en face du studio (1 min de marche). Depuis la chambre vous aurez une vue sur la rivière Baïse et les péniches, et depuis la terrasse une vue sur le jardin. L'accès au studio se fait par une porte au fond de notre jardin (coffre à clés). Draps, serviettes de bain et linge de maison fournis 🙂 voie verte toute proche.

Toutes les pièces sont équipées d’une climatisation/chauffage et de volets roulants électriques. Ce logement spacieux bénéficie de calme tout en étant au plus proche des commodités du cœur de ville. Vos déplacements pourront aisément s’effectuer à pieds ou à vélos. Un local vélos est d’ailleurs disponible dans l’immeuble.

Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and a classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-ended pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, and prices are held from 2025.
