Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Cheerful 3 Bedroom Home w/ Views

Easy access to everything from this spacious cheerful home. The open floor plan has a space for everyone, enjoy relaxing in the main living areas or hangout in the bar. If need be take time for work in the office followed by a cookout in the outdoor grill area. The oversized window in the dining area is a perfect lookout of the views morning or night. Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza.

This home has 2 full bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a stocked kitchen and complimentary coffee and creamer for the guests, with a stackable washer and dryer for small loads, and access to a huge front yard with private parking.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walking distance to restaurants and gas stations. Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, living room. **Disclaimer** There have been complaints of a faint smell of cigarettes. There is absolutely NO Smoking in the house. This smell lingers from tenets from previous years.
