Onze mooie Casa bevindt zich in het prachtige Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in deze nieuwe en zeer stijlvol ingerichte villa met VERWARMD zwembad (30 °C). Een perfecte locatie om te genieten van het park en de mooie omgeving. Het huis biedt ruimte aan 8 personen en telt 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en een 2-persoons bed-bank in het souterrain. Op korte loopafstand bevindt zich het grote zoetwater-meer met volop vertier- en speel-mogelijkheden en op 4 km ligt de zee.

Casa Midu ligt in een rustige mooie buurt op maar 5-7 minuten lopen van het strand playa lo Sola. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur. De woning heeft een terras met een Kamado BBQ waar je van de ochtend en middagzon kan genieten. Ook is er boven nog een patio waar je heerlijk kan vertoeven. Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.
