Get away to the quiet island

I built this house as a place for my family to escape to. Open floor plan lots of room on the porch. Fantastic sunset view over water. There is room for many, though during the phase 3 of CoViD-19, San Juan County only allows me to groups of 6 or less. Rental includes access to the 8.3 acres. There is a flat lawn suitable for croquet, and yard games. Most of the place is wooded with paths. Some paths lead to ne of the best swimming ponds on the island.

We love our quiet country home that we decided to share the back separate part of our home for mature Airbnb guest. We also decided to make the minimum stay for 7 days. Ideal for somebody who likes to work remotely, vacation or your in the Navy looking for something temporarily. We have 1.7 Landscape acres where the Island deer and Eagles roam free. This historic farmhouse sits on 8 acres of private land in the quiet southeast corner of Lopez Island. The property abuts San Juan Island National Monument. The large back porch has a pergola that allows guests an indoor/outdoor living during damp or very sunny weather.
