Explore Harry Potter's London Tour
Join me as we venture into the magical wizarding world of Harry Potter in London! On this walking tour of London's streets we will watch clips from the movies while I regale you with behind-the-scenes stories of those locations and how they were used in the film series. Our first stop will be the entrance to Diagon Alley, before we pop down to see the Ministry of Magic, and find out which Leaky Cauldron has the best tacos, as well as others I don't want to spoil here. I will also share some of the strangest, funniest non-HP facts I've learned about London along the way. We will finish at Borough Market, London's top street food destination, with King's Cross just a separate Tube ride away. PLEASE be aware the tour is offered in English only, and it is largely story-based, so a better-than-basic conversational grasp of English is essential. While witches and wizards of all ages are welcome, due to the amount of walking and the content, I more recommend it for ages 11+. Strictly one person per slot. No exceptions. Step-free route for wheelchairs available This London street walking tour is not affiliated with the WB Studio Tour at Watford. Other things to note Every person (over 11yo) will need an Oyster card or contactless payment method with at least £2.40. The tour contains about 90 minutes of brisk walking so make sure little legs are up for that!

Beginner Foraging / Edible Plant ID Walks in East London
Join us as beginner foragers for a discovery walk to unveil the hidden weeds, flowers, trees, berries, nuts, fruits and wild edibles that co-exist with us in east London! We will walk around the green spaces in east London. These can be Victoria Park, Tower Hamlets Park, Hackney/Walthamstow Marshes, Mile End Park or pieces of untitled urban green spaces. To make the walks interesting & exciting, we'll walk around different areas for every tour so that every experience is seasonal & unique. Firstly, we will do a brief introduction on foraging & the guidelines around collecting wild edible flora. Then, we will learn how to identify wild plants: edible species & poisonous species that we need to be wary of. On this walk, you can expect to learn about 15+ seasonal plants and be able to spot them in the wild in the future. We will also talk about the applications of these wild plants, depending on what we find. Topics such as edibility, culinary applications, recipes, medicinal properties, and botanical lore to craft/ethnobotany applications may be covered. Finally, if we still have some time, we will do a wild homemade finger food tasting. You can expect small bites, such as preserved cherry blossoms, calming herbal tea mix and some other seasonal wild flavours. If you have a date/time that you’re interested in but it’s not on the calendar, feel free to message me!

If you love the Barbican, and always wondered what would it be like "beyond the scenes"... this experience is for you! (*) The blocks and towers might look repetitive from the exterior, but they contain about 140 different flat layouts :)

Historical Pub Tour with Scottish Twist
London has some amazing historical pubs just waiting to be discovered. I should know as I've drank in most of them, although I like to think of it more as research! The experience is best for guests that want to enjoy a couple of beers, visit some great old London pubs, immerse in British pub culture and learn some fun history. I'm more Scottish beer drinker than historian! In a unique twist to this London tour we will stop at several locations with a Scottish connection. At the William Wallace memorial in Smithfield discover if he did really shout 'Freeeeedom!' (spoiler alert: he didn't!). Close to the last pub learn about Scotland's national poet Rabbie Burns as we visit his statue in Embankment Gardens. Us Scots love a swally (drink), the pub is our natural second home and is ingrained in our unique culture. We have more words for drinking and being drunk than you could ever imagine and over the years built up customs that can be difficult to work out! As a group of Scottish people enter a pub the first thing you will hear is ‘Whose round is it?’. We just love getting a round in. However don't worry as on this tour I will get all the rounds in! A drink in each pub is included in the price of the experience.  COVID19 Update: The majority of the pubs have an outdoor space to stand and enjoy a drink.
