Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Acadia offers 5 bedroom luxury accommodation located on the banks of the River Clyde just over an hours journey from Glasgow where you can escape with family and friends to relax and unwind. Set in the small picturesque village of Innellan 4 miles outside Dunoon. Totally secluded gardens offer complete privacy. Acadia is your home away from home with local Hotel and Pub only a short stroll away. Make great use of our pool table and our outdoor relaxing zones with hot tub and dining BBQ areas.

A Scottish gem in the heart of Perthshire. This spacious bright house is located at the edge of Loch Earn in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. St Fillans is a picturesque village and provides a great base for exploring rural Perthshire including 43 local Munro’s. Situated on the grounds of a working sheep farm, guests can enjoy the quiet atmosphere. In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.

Ploughmans Cottage is located in the Village of Furnace, 7 miles from Inveraray, in Argyll. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! There is a kitchenette with breakfast provisions for your stay. A wood fired hot tub and private gated garden with stunning rural views is for your sole use. License no ST000931F

The location of The Cottage, sitting at the head of the loch in a secluded garden area within Lochgoilhead village, makes this a truly special setting. Relax and take in the mountain and loch views, they will keep you coming back for more. Steps away from The Goil Inn as well as a short walk on the path round the head of the loch to reach the dining, entertainment and leisure facilities at the Drimsynie Estate.

Beautiful walks on our doorstep or a 30 minute drive away and your at the stunning Loch Lomond. At the end of the day load up the wood burner or take a relaxing dip in the hot tub and watch the night sky.
