Kings Cross Station is a 15min tube ride from Tottenham Hale station and is home to a number of great locations. Visit coal drops yard for a shopping destination and a great foodie hotspot. Head to Kings Place for an open, multi-arts venue, presenting an adventurous and critically-acclaimed programme, with words and music at its heart. This place is great for art and live music. For Contemporary dance, The Place Theatre is a short walk from the station. This Theatre is connected to the London Contemporary Dance School and previews work from the top Dance Companies in the world as well as their students. Continue your walk towards Euston Station and you'll be at The Wellcome Trust Foundation, a free museum and library exploring health and human experience.

St. Pancras International is set in the heart of Central London with more underground connections than any other London station. There are four main services from the station – Eurostar, East Midlands Railway, Southeastern and ThamesLink. It is home to Eurostar and an exciting collection of shops, restaurants and bars, including Europe's longest Champagne bar and A 2-min walk from The Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9 3/4

Kings Cross Light Tunnel - Heals of London is a furniture shop along Tottenham Court Road. Towards the back of the store is this staircase which is one of the prettiest interior photo spots in London. I believe people often go into the store just to take pictures of this staircase. Wong Kar Wai would appreciate it :)

If you have heavy luggage, you can get the 205 or the 214 bus from Kings Cross (stop E) to a bus stop on City Road very close to the flat: Central Street stop. If it's late at night and Angel Tube station is closed, the N205 does the same route throughout the night.
