It is a village house, in a quiet village. The neighbors and people of the town know each other. The house is large, with its high ceilings on the ground floor, which gives it more coolness in the summer, and a sensation of amplitude. It is a cozy space and neighborhood, close to the center (350 m). It is also 18.9 km from the beach of Sa Ràpita, 28.4 km from Es Trenc, 18.9 km from the airport, and 27.7 km from the center of Palma. It is for a quiet holiday, since neighbors work in the mornings.

Ideal para invierno y verano, tiene chimenea, calefacción y aire acondicionado. Con un patio encantador con iluminación indirecta y guirnalda de intensidad regulable. Magica piscina tipo alberca para refrescarte en los días de sol. La ubicación es perfecta para ciclistas, amantes del vino y a tan sólo 30min de Palma y las mejores playas.

Espacio exterior tranquilo y relajante gracias a su piscina y terrazas con agradables vistas donde podrán disfrutar de una deliciosa barbacoa. Acceso hasta la vivienda en coche y parking propio. La casa consta de entrada típica mallorquina, salón con chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada. Dos dormitorios dobles. Cuarto de baño con lavadora y secadora. Calefacción, aire acondicionado y WIFI en toda la vivienda. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos).

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Lovingly renovated Majorcan village house with patio and roof terrace in SantanyiThrough the generous living and dining room with open kitchen on the ground floor you enter the patio, which offers relaxation space on 2 levels. In the rear part of the ground floor there is a cozy double bedroom with water bed, a bathroom and a small single bedroom. Upstairs there is another living room with mini-kitchen, a double and a single bedroom plus a bathroom with shower.

Small paradise in the middle of Mallorca

El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
