Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Afonfa - Riverside Cottage - Sleeps 6

Located on the edge of the village of Llanuwchllyn, at the end of a private drive, Afonfa is the perfect cottage for families and groups. The semi-detached cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep a total of six people. The ground floor of this fully refurbished cottage has a large kitchen diner, with comfortable lounge area with two sofas and flat screen TV. The separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The first floor family bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Barlwyd Off-Grid Glamping

Experience the ultimate getaway in our off-grid Shepherd's Huts next to Barlwyd Lake. Wake up to breathtaking views of Ffestiniog's mountains, quarries, and valleys. The huts are for two people and furnished with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom. The interiors are cosy and bright, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You'll have access to the Wilderness Sauna, (don't forget to book a session!). Each hut comes with its own off-road electric golf buggy.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Cosy Georgian lakeside cottage near Bala

Cosy Welsh cottage adjacent to Bala Lake (Llyn Tegid) with views over the mountains and beyond. Ideally placed for walking and relaxing and enjoying the lake facilities nearby. The stunning Llangower lake shore is less than 5mins walk where you will find toilet facilites, parking (although not needed as you are close enough to walk) picnic area and a lovely atmosphere all year round. Visitors are able to launch paddleboards etc on the lake and many swim.

Off Grid unique Panoramic Dome, sleeping 2 adults.Double bed, log burner & amazing views. As you enter your quirky dome, you’ll be tempted to dive into the double bed and devour those views! You’ll also find comfy seating – the ideal spot for a cup of tea .Simply yet effectively furnished, the space reinforces the sense that this is a sanctuary. Derfel Pod

With stunning views of Llyn Celyn, this glamping pod comes with everything you need for a relaxing or adventurous break. Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales. It was built for end of 2023. There are 2 pods on site which are almost identical so if this one isn’t available on your date, check Celyn Pod.

Deildre Bach - cosy rural Pod

Deildre Bach stands in its own grounds in a lovely rural location close to the river Lliw in the scenic Penantlliw valley in Snowdonia National Park. It is surrounded by countryside on the outskirts of Llanuwchllyn village, 5 miles from the town of Bala. The pod has it’s own private entrance and parking space and has a spacious outside area with a BBQ perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the views of mount Arenig and Aran.
