Local walks with stunning scenery & only minutes drive from Snowdon and many attractions.

Central but tranquil, perfect for a romantic, relaxing get away. This light, airy Shepherds hut has its own horsebox shower/toilet. Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. Secluded pod set in an idyllic location at the foot of Snowdon and only a 10 min walk from llanberis village itself. From the pod you can see snowdon and the surrounding mountains. Set beside the apple orchard at The Old Sheep Farm in Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), The Hayloft is a dog-friendly, one-bedroom crog-loft hideaway a short drive from the coast. Exposed beams, a wood-burner and a freestanding roll-top bath give the cottage a warm, settled feel, while stunning views stretch across the hills towards the sea. A calm, characterful and luxurious place for slow mornings, long walks and unhurried stays.

It’s the perfect place to come and visit all the local Christmas markets on in Beaumaris, Conwy and other locations in Snowdonia and on Anglesey. Well behaved dogs welcome too!

Our cottage is the perfect base for those looking to tackle Snowdon, walk in the Glyders or climb in the Llanberis Pass or Llanberis’ slate quarries. Ideally situated between Llanberis and the Pen y Pass car park, and only 200m from the park and ride for easy access to two of Snowdon’s most popular paths, or to Llanberis (£2 one way or £3 return - you can also pay by card now).
