Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

It offers excellent fly or spin cast fishing in a shale bottom river. Sit by the fire pit and enjoy nature at it’s best. This is a “must experience” type of getaway! There is no WiFi or TV. Cell service is spotty. It’s a great place to unplug.

You’ll love my place because of the quiet woods, fire-pit for quiet campfires where you may hear owls, coyotes, and many varieties of birds, and the coziness of a U.P. cabin. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Nothing fancy but functional and cozy!
