Located in a historic Lincolnshire village, we are a 1 minute walk to the village pub, serving good food. Woodhall Spa is a 5 minute drive, with a selection of shops and restaurants, plus the unique Kinema in the Woods, Jubilee Park, with outdoor swimming pool, and Golf. There are fishing lakes 1 minute away or you are welcome to fish in our river. We are very Dog Friendly!

Church House Hut is a stunning, luxurious bespoke 18’ shepherd’s hut situated in a unique spot on the borders of Rutland, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. The vista from the front of the self-catering hut offers breath taking countryside views as far as the eye can see. From the back window, you remember that you are situated in a very special garden belonging to an 18th century church. Set in a rural hamlet near the River Trent with easy access to river walks. The village has an historic church visited by the Pilgrim Fathers. The area has a rich history with Lincoln, Gainsborough and Retford market town a short drive away. Best of all the village has two good pubs within walking distance, serving food and local beers. Little Willow is set at the back of a large garden with views over open countryside. It is fully equipped with shower, compost toilet and kitchenette.
