Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.

The property has a dock suitable for sunning, swimming, fishing or docking your boat. Bass, Catfish, Crappie and other game fish are available in the lake.
