Odalarımızda klima, TV, uydu yayını, Wi-Fi, özel banyo, 7/24 sıcak su, havlu seti ve saç kurutma makinesi bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca, tesisimize ait plajlarda ücretsiz şemsiye ve şezlong kullanımının ayrıcalığından faydalanabilirsiniz (en az 3 gece konaklamalarda geçerlidir). !Yaz sezonu sona erdiği için plaj hizmetimiz Haziran 2026’ya kadar kapalıdır!

Assos sivrice misafir evi

Kendi müstakil evimizinde içinde bulunduğu etrafı çevrili bahçe içerisinde bulunan misafir evimiz Assos sivricede(sokakağzı sahili)denize 100 metre uzaklıkta ,zeytin ağaçlarının arasında bulunmaktadır. Bahçe ortak alandır ama misafir evimiz kendi evimizden bağımsızdır ve oturma alanları da ayrıdır. İçerisinde 1 adet çift kişilik yatak ,mutfak(malzemelerle),banyo ,mini buzdolabı ,yatak olabilen tek kişilik koltuk ve televizyon mevcuttur. Bahçede kedi ve köpek olmak üzere patili dostlarımız var.

Evimiz merkezde; sahile, restaurant ve kafelere 200 mt. mesafede bulunmaktadır. Sizlerin konforu için dizayn ettiğimiz evimiz; çiftler, yalnız gezginler, veya küçük aileler için idealdir. Evcil hayvanlar için uygundur. Bahçe tamamen sizlere aittir. Sabah kahvenizi yudumlayabileceğiniz veya akşamları keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz oturma alanları mevcuttur. Bahçede, kış aylarında ateş kovasında ateş yakabilirsiniz. Kış aylarında ise yerden ısıtma sistemi ile konforlu şekilde ısınmaktadır.

A quiet and beautiful place to spend your holidays! Literally by the sea! Close to restaurants but isolated enough! The only thing that you listen during sleep is the waves! You will love the view (the sunset) and the peace this place offers you! The colorful beautiful center of Petra is only 10 minutes walk! Only a small pedestrian street between you and the sea! The view of the sunset is unique! We can provide you with sunbeds for free! Just ask for them! We are looking forward to meet you!

Otelia Pansiyon is located in the centre of Ayvalık. All our rooms have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Our rooms feature a flat-screen smart TV, mini fridge, wardrobe, table, and chairs, as well as a private bathroom with towels and toiletries. Guests can benefit from the garden with a seating area where they can enjoy their free time. Our hostel has a shared kitchen for preparing meals and snacks.
