Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Nasz mały dom jest przytulny i idealny, aby cieszyć się życiem w małym nadmorskim miasteczku. Znajduje się w centrum Vilanovy, kilka minut od Rambli i dworca kolejowego. Supermarkety, sklepy i restauracje w okolicy i 15 minut spacerem od plaży. Posiada salon-jadalnię z otwartą kuchnią, 3 sypialnie (dwie od strony ogrodu i jedna wewnątrz, ale wszystkie są dobrze wentylowane i można w nich bardzo dobrze wypocząć), łazienkę, pralnię, toaletę, taras, parking i prywatny ogród.

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.
