Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). We’re minutes from Hayes State Park beach and boat launch, downtown Brooklyn, Michigan International Speedway, and Hidden Lake Gardens.

Make memories with time at the lake. 2 Bedroom/1 bath cottage on "all sports" 550 acre Round Lake. This cottage is perfect for a single family of up to 5 people. Plenty of room on the dock for you to bring your own boat for this great fishing and skiing lake or you can rent my pontoon boat. This cottage shares the lakefront, firepit, dock with 2 other cottages. My shoreline has a hard sand shallow bottom for great swimming for kids of all ages.
