The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST FLAT ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SENT SINCE THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. In the event that you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep the room for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect it. It is important that you notify us of the lost property and inform you that it will be collected from a different location than the accommodation.

Hermoso apartamento exterior (55m2) decorado por arquitecta diseñadora a 100m del Metro Delicias y muy cerca de Atocha en una calle muy tranquila. Rodeado de todo tipo de servicios, bares, Restaurantes, Supermercados. Cerca de museos, Sol, barrio de las letras, Lavapiés. Se puede llegar caminando al Museo Reina Sofía, o a Madrid Río al sur. Perfecto para creativos, parejas y trabajadores en remoto. Es mi vivienda habitual cuando estoy en Madrid, no una vivienda impersonal de uso turístico.
