Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

La camera si affaccia ad ovest offrendo una spettacolare vista sul mare delle 5 Terre e suggestivi tramonti. Il livello di confort e sicurezza è completato da una raffinata spazio esterno (patio), letto con materasso body-memory, cucina a induzione, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, porta blindata e cassetta di sicurezza.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Appartamento ultimo piano con ampio terrazzo vista mare per cene all'aria aperta con vista sul tramonto , 200 metri dal mare in zona centrale tranquilla chiusa al traffico. 100 mq, 2 camere da letto , salone e cucina, bagno con doccia. A pochi minuti dalla stazione , palazzo situato nei caratteristici carrugi liguri. Portofino si trova a 1 ora di distanza , Portovenere e le altre cinque terre sono raggiungibili in traghetto , la cui fermata è a pochi minuti dall ‘appartamento.

L'appartamento SUNRISE è un'antica costruzione in pietra posta nella parte alta del paese di Castè. A fianco alla casa passa il sentiero 501 che conduce direttamente alle 5 terre attraverso i boschi che riempiono la valle. E' dotato di una grande terrazza (oltre 16 metri quadri) che gode di una magnifica vista panoramica sulla valle e dalla quale si ammirano delle emozionanti albe. Il parcheggio è privato. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie!
