Con la macchina si può raggiungere la stazione di "Montebello" da cui partono treni per il centro ogni 30 min. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

2 Colonne al Colosseo

CIU 10015 Let the light of Rome flood you in this charming 85 mq apartment, located a few steps from the Colosseum, in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. The apartment, on the 2nd floor without elevator, is located in a building from the early 1900s. This historical, lovely apartment features an entrance, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one cosy balcony where to enjoy morning breakfast or a glass of wine on sun set.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

TWINS' HOME - La casa vista lago

Bellissimo appartamento di 95 mq nel centro del paese, a 20 metri dal lago di Bracciano e due passi dal centro storico e la piazza comunale, la distanza con Roma è di soli 45 minuti di macchina. Circondato da ristoranti, pizzerie, bar e un supermercato. L’appartamento è composto da due camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina e due ampi balconi, uno vista lago e l’altro verso il centro storico e le rovine della Rocca Orsini. Si trova al terzo piano del palazzo e gode di un panorama mozzafiato.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Villa Attilio: relax e natura!

Splendida villa indipendente su un terreno di circa un ettaro, con uliveti, quercia secolare e vista incantevole sul verde della Valle Roveto. Posto ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella natura, per lunghe passeggiate a piedi ed in bicicletta, escursioni a cavallo, visite agli eremi. A pochi Km: Sora, l'incantevole cascata di Isola del Liri, lago di Posta Fibreno, riserva naturale Zompo lo Schioppo, parco della Sponga, il castello di Balsorano, i cunicoli di Claudio e Alba Fucens.

Spectacular and Cozy Loft w/Terrace, near Termini

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
