My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!
