Located in semi rural area near University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. 7 miles from Washington State University. Great views of the Palouse; easy access to town and schools. Comfortable 900 sq ft apartment with separate entrance from main house. Are you coming into town for business at the U of I, WSU or SEL? This would be a great place to spend several days to a week. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just minutes away from the University of Idaho and a short walk to downtown, this newly renovated apartment is the perfect home base for your visit to Moscow. Enjoy any of the local restaurants or opt to cook from home in the fully equipped kitchen. During warmer seasons, the private deck provides a relaxing atmosphere under the maple tree with propane fire pit, eating space, and beautiful views of campus.

Our private MountainVista guesthouse is your ideal starting point whether you are attending a university event or exploring the Palouse country. Located 17 miles from Moscow, our comfortable guesthouse provides you with peace and quiet along with a scenic view of Moscow Mountain. MountainVista offers a well equipped dedicated workspace. Air condition units are in bedrooms only. Our driveway is somewhat steep and gravel, not ideal for sports cars. 🙂

The Upper Room

Comfortable studio just steps from the University of Idaho campus on the south side of Moscow. Ideal for visiting parents, sports fans, conference guests, or college scouts. The Upper Room is a private studio with its own entrance on the same property as our Palouse View Villa. It includes a mostly full kitchen (no dishwasher), a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.
