Rauhallinen sijainti kauniin Ylä-Juumajärven rannalla n. 2 km Juuman kylästä,3 km Pienestä Karhunkierroksesta,Oulangan kansallispuiston kupeella. Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. Käytössä WiFi. Hintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat kolmelle.

Fully equipped log cottage in Nuorgam, the northernmost village in Finland. Karetörmä has breathtaking views of River Teno. Enjoy the Northern lights show relaxing in the jacuzzi. You have privacy, but the grocery store is just 5 mins away. Enjoy the winter activities in the Arctic Tundra: cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, husky- and reindeer sledding. Make trips to Norway and see the Arctic Ocean. In the summer season, you can go fishing, mountain biking, and hiking.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Our luxury is peace and quiet under the starry sky and northern lights. You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.
