Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri. Kylpytynnyri on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Tyylikkäässä kaksiossa on koko asunnon kiertävä suuri parveke, josta avautuvat avarat näkymät kahteen ilmansuuntaan. Siisti ja kotoisa mökki(paritalo) 2,5 km päässä Levin keskustasta. Saat nauttia luonnon rauhasta, hiihtämään pääset lähes pihasta ja rinteisiinkin on lyhyt matka. Leviltä löydät kaikki palvelut ja aktiviteetteja löytyy sekä talvella että kesällä. A clean and cozy cottage (semi-detached house) 2.5 km from the center of Levi. You can enjoy the peace of nature, you can go skiing almost from the yard and the slopes are a short distance away.

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Villa Hertta sijaitsee Rovaniemen keskustan tuntumassa, Juurakkotiellä. Oman kotimme pihapiirin erillisrakennuksessa oleva kaksio on valmistunut vuonna 2020. Villa Hertta on avara ja valoisa, sisustukseltaan kodikas ja moderni. Makuuhuoneessa pieni työskentelypiste, moottorisängyt, sälekaihtimet ja pimentävät tekstiiliverhot. Koko asunnossa on himmennettävä valaistus, jolla tunnelma on muutettavissa kädenkäänteessä.
