The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

Perfect location RIGHT on the beach. A very rare find in for this area and at this price! Enjoy this lovely, 2bed 2 bath beachfront apartment for a short trip, or an extended holiday. Kept immaculately clean and tidy. It has 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, small patio with gas Weber braai, Smart TV (Netflix) and Fibre Wifi. But for that, the unit is basic, just the way we like for a family oriented, beach getaway. All you need to do is arrive, and relax.

The cottage have a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove, a microwave, kettle and a coffee maker. You may make use of the swimming pool with a bench in it where your dreams will get wings. You have a beautiful backyard which you must share with the owners. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is walking distance.

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with office / studio. Wow! From the covered patio with a built in barbeque you can enjoy amazing views over the Lagoon. The house is well equipped with a laundry & dish washer. We are situated a stones throw away from the popular Friday Island and Kokomo beach bar restaurants and only 1km walk to Langebaan Main Beach.
