French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

Our home was built in 1925 and has beautiful original hardwood flooring throughout, including the closet built-ins. Our home is located in Pueblo's Mesa Junction, which is a short walk to downtown. There are numerous shops and eateries in "The Junction" as well as Pueblo's main library. As mentioned, within walking distance is downtown and the Pueblo Riverwalk - just over the bridge that spans the Arkansas River! We are located in a very safe, tight-knit neighborhood.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in beautiful Beulah Valley. Cottage is located on 7 acres next to Squirrel Creek. Hike, cycle, and enjoy the surrounding areas of Westcliffe, Canon City, Florence & more! Start your day with coffee on the deck listening to bubbling stream, birds and chickens. A mini-farm adventure. Furry friends welcome (2 max). May not be left unattended. Air-conditioned /heated. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence.
