Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Jääkylpymahdollisuus 25 euron lisämaksusta (5.8.2024–>).

Huoneistossamme on astiat, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, induktioliesi, uuni, mikro, parisänky ja vuodesohva. Tarvittaessa saa lisäpatjoja. Vieraille on parkkipaikka pihassa. Lähellä Ukki-järvi ja mahtavia lenkkeilymaastoja Kirkkoharjussa. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet Tampereelle, bussilla n. 30 min, pysäkille matkaa 150m.

Tervetuloa majoittumaan meidän talossa sijaitsevaan omalla sisään käynnillä olevaan yksiöön 20m². Petipaikkoja 2-4. Asuinalue on rauhallinen ja lähellä moottoritietä. Talomme on vuonna 2022 valmistunut. Pihassa on parkkipaikka ja mahdollisuus sähköauton lataamiseen lisämaksusta. The apartment is 20m² and is located in our house with its own entrance.
