Private lake access is just steps away from the front patio and it's just a short walk to town, the park, public beach, & Culver Academies. We love hosting (& kids) and our condo is well-stocked with most everything you need to start making your Lake Max memories with friends and family.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. We have a lovely, safe, rural community with friends and fields as neighbors. No parties allowed.

Park you boat at our private pier or just enjoy observing the wildlife, sunsets, etc. Observe the grace of great blue herons, mama ducks with their ducklings, and you may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle!

There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.
