At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Nestled on 830 acres, but just a couple miles south of town, this completely renovated, historic cottage has all the modern amenities. It features an open floor plan that spans 40 feet from front to back upstairs, in one of the most peaceful and natural, tree top settings. Picture this..You laying on the loungers, glass of chilled wine, a page turner of a book watching the occasional kayaker through the bottom of your sunglasses. Perfect right? By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

Only a 10 minute drive to Grove, OK. Please note there are several stairs to get up to the cabin itself (it’s how we get such a beautiful view :).

Just you, the woods, and softly singing water. And birds. Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
