Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Hartley’s Haven

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

This gorgeous property is situated on the picturesque Broadway Lake in Anderson, SC, offering 300 acres of pristine water ideal for pontoon rides, fishing, and making unforgettable memories. This tiered lot boasts an impressive 100 feet of water frontage and a private dock, complete with four kayaks (3 single and one tandem), two paddle boards, and various floats and water fun for guests to explore the lake at their leisure.

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.

Lake Hartwell House - Cozy and Close to Clemson!

Quiet house on Lake Hartwell. Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful finishes. Great place to stay for Clemson football, time with family or personal retreat. Courtesy use of the dock for swimming or boat. Close to Green Pond Landing and Portman Marina. Great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and outdoor activities. 15 min from Clemson University, 20 min to downtown Anderson, just 10 min from 1-85.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.

This is the perfect lake house for your next family vacation, Clemson football game, or just a long weekend at the lake! Enjoy full access to Lake Hartwell with a private dock and swimming area.
