The Ticonderoga beach on Lake George is 5.5 miles, Mossy Point Boat launch (Lake George) is 4 miles away and the boat launch to Lake Champlain is 4.5 miles. Mt. Defiance is 3 miles away. Star Trek Original Series set tour is 2.3 miles away. The Barn at Lord Howe Valley 3.6 miles.

Property within walking distance to the Lk George village shops, restaurants, beaches. Home owner onsite. We are here if needed and will respect your privacy at all times.

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.
