Notre logement de 35 m², avec vue imprenable sur le lac Léman depuis sa terrasse, est situé au coeur d'un jardin entre lac et montagnes. Idéal pour les familles, il offre une terrasse pour les petits-déjeuners au soleil, un séjour lumineux, un lit double en mezzanine, un canapé-lit confortable au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine toute équipée, une salle de bain avec douche et une piscine l'été. Le lac est accessible en 20 min à pied. A proximité d’Évian, de Thonon et des stations de montagne(20mn).

Loft avec extérieur, sauna, jacuzzi

Baptisé "Un Autre Monde" ce lieu atypique est installé dans une ancienne imprimerie, proche du centre ville. Vous disposez de plus de 250 m2 d'espaces entièrement équipés et personnalisés avec les meubles uniques que je crée. Vous disposez également d'une salle de jeu et d'un espace détente (sur réservation et commun aux autres appartements). Un grand garage vous permet de garer au moins 3 voitures et des motos. Vous disposerez d'un jardin au bord de la rivière accessible par quelques marches.

Un petit mazot avec son jacuzzi couvert

C'est une cabane de 16m2 avec le canapé-lit (couchage 160/200)avec sa salle de douche et WC. Une cuisine extérieure avec évier et barbecue à gaz Weber dispo d’avril à mi octobre. Linge de lit et serviettes inclus. L'accès au jacuzzi est disponible lors de votre séjour. 🌙 Notre petit paradis perd un peu de sa quiétude à la tombée de la nuit, bercé par les échos festifs venus de la plage d’Excenevex et du camping, qui dansent dans l’air jusqu’à minuit. La climatisation est disponible 21h à 1h

It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.
