This charming home is located in a small forest next to the Village of Brunate, just 15 minutes away from the city of Como and from his lake. Enjoy the mountain with its breathless panorama, take a walk through its paths, ride a mountain bike on a fresh summer afternoon. In just half an hour car ride you can get to the best villages on the souther part of the lake where you can enjoy the experience of renting a boat, swimming or watersky. In one hour you can reach the northern side of the lake or reach the swiss alps for a refreshing kayak ride. In autumn and winter is a great place to relax next to the fireplace, enjoy the typical local dishes and walk in the nature. IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.
