It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

Backcountry Basecamp Lodge

The main lodge is approximately 1900 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths which are private to each room. There is a main kitchen and living area with wood burning fireplace and woodstove. There is also another room with a small full kitchen. The addition on the back of the lodge is a separate Airbnb listing but may also be available. This addition is 420 sq ft. With a kitchen, bath, king and a twin bed. Cabin is across from visitor center and post office at north end of Town.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.
