Visit the Southernmost tip of Africa which is 7,6km and the historic Cape Agulhas lighthouse (2nd oldest operating lighthouse in SA) is 5,9km. Treat yourself in one of the many eateries in Struisbaai and Agulhas. From the balcony you have partially view of the ocean. Enjoy the sunset!

Unique stand-alone, partially off the grid cottage overlooking working farm (Fynbos/Protea, Vegetables, Sheep, Cattle). Situated at the foot of the mountain next to a dam. Walking distance from Baardskeerdersbos. 18km from Pearly Beach and 22km from Gansbaai coastal area. This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests and has a private woodfire hot tub next to the patio. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any pets. The working farm has sheep roaming around and also 3 big farm dogs.

South of Africa Self-Catering Accommodation is situated in Cape Agulhas, Western Cape an area best known for its scenic routes, hiking trails, wine tasting, and iconic attractions which include Agulhas National Park, De Hoop Nature Reserve, and Cape Agulhas Wine Estate. Accommodation comprises 2 units which include the Garden Cottage and the Elevated Guest Suite. The Garden Cottage is suited to accommodate 2 guests and comes equipped with 2 three-quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The small forest forms part of LOKAL, a 1ha property, with an vegetable garden , Orchards of fruit & nuts, some chickens & the Garden Cottage.

Our area is rich in history with wine farms to visit & beautiful yellow Canola fields late winter early spring.
