Please relax and enjoy your mountain stay on our slice of serenity, with great views in a serene, calming environment. Enjoy mountain hikes, fly fishing, and skiing. Mountain Beauty Medspa's practice is also on the property. If you wish, participate in one of many Mountain Beauty Medspa's services from IPL, Microderm, Botox, or fillers.

Lovely In-town condo, 1 Bedroom + Loft.

This in-town farmhouse-themed condo has 1 bedroom with a King bed, and a loft bedroom with queen bunk beds. After receiving guest feedback, the King Size bed has recently been replaced! The Ferringway condo complex is close to downtown and all of the Durango area amenities. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub and pool shared by the complex. This is a second story unit (no overhead noise). The wood-fireplace is cozy for fall and winter.
