Centrally-located with short walking distance (<10 mins) to all the major museums, Plaza Mayor, Royal Place, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Parque del Retiro, Atocha train station, etc. This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location!

A 2 minutos de la puerta del Sol Esta zona es la almendra central de Madrid, el Madrid de los Austria, puede irse andando a todos los sitios del centro, Museos, plazas emblemáticas y todos los edificios históricos están aqui, en el Kilómetro 0! Es un Edificio de protección histórica, una casa construida en 1890, no hay ruidos, ya que está recién reformada, (junio 2019).

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.
