Our apartment is in a 18 minutes walking from old town and basically across the street from one of the biggest shopping malls. The sauna is often mentioned by our guests as one of the greatest benefit after some rainy or cold day, especially in autumn or winter time. The apartment is recently renovated luminous and spacious penthouse with fully equipped kitchen and sauna. Our place is good for couples and also families with kids. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in living room.

Closely located bus and train stops are the best starting point to continue travelling in Tallinn, throughout Estonia or further in Europe. 3 cosy rooms can be used for chilling and cooking with your friends or family, have a rest during your travels or just for romantic getaway.

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. The studio is situated on the 1st floor. The apartment's window faces the roadway. The historical Old Town is only max 10-15 min by walk. Paid parking lot is next to the neighboring house.
