The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Our house is located in Stolwijk, about 5 minutes from Gouda centre by car. It is a detached house with a lot of privacy and a garden. There is room voor max. 5 persons. It is situated in between meadows which means a great free view. It has a kitchen, bathroom and free WIFI. In the garden there is a BBQ, a hammock and two big trampoline's next to eachother and a canoe. There is a free parkingspot for two cars. At the first floor there are two bedrooms.

Welcome to the House with the red balloon! A bright, spacious and comfortable place, with a sunny garden, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Gouda. Gouda is located in the Green Heart of the Netherlands and is part of the Randstad. This stylish modern house (three floors) was built in 2019 and furnished and styled with great taste.
