Vrijstaand vakantiehuis dichtbij Amsterdam en Utrecht. Alle slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer met inloopdouche. Nieuw gebouwd vakantiehuis (2012) in Midden Nederland, nabij Utrecht en Amsterdam met 6 x 2 pers. slaapkamers + 6 x badkamer. Centrale ligging, midden in Nederland, dicht bij de A2/A12. Gratis parkeren en gratis Wifi in het gehele huis. Bushalte voor de deur. LET OP: wij hanteren een minimale leeftijd van onze gasten van 21 jaar tenzij zij onderdeel uitmaken van een gezin.

Dordrecht huis bij de Catalpa

De gasten verblijven in onze lichte bungalow met huiskamer/keuken , badkamer met bad, toilet en 2 slaapkamers. De keuken is volledig ingericht o.a met vaatwasser. Het geheel ligt in onze grote tuin met een karakteristieke boom, een schaduwrijke catalpa. Er zijn verschillende fruitbomen. Vier kippen zorgen voor verse eitjes. In de achtertuin is een zitje. De achtertuin grenst aan een spoorlijn. Er is één grote slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en één kleine slaapkamer met 2 éénpersoonsbedden.

Entire (renovated) bungalow in the green heart of the Netherlands with a cozy garden and free parking next to the bungalow. The bungalow also has a full kitchen. Wonderfully surrounded by greenery, but also close to cities such as: Gouda, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Amsterdam, and only 30 minutes from Schiphol and a supermarket nearby. Also ideal for cycling (for hire) in this rural area or to visit the beach. Also a great base for maintaining business contacts in the large cities in the area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A lovely little house in a wonderful setting. Step out of the house to walk along the 'rotte' the river rotterdam gets its name from. or wander into the cute village of Zevenhuizen for some shopping or a lovely meal out. Biking, walking, its at your doorstep. The park offers a gym and a pool, both at an extra cost but within a few minutes walk.

Experience it in our detached holiday home 'Boite Gewoond' in our yard in Lopik! This holiday home is not suitable for noisy guests.

Our nice summerhouse is laying in a garden from 3000m2 in the city of DORDRECHT, the oldest city of Holland. By feet you are in 15 minutes in the old centre. By car it's 1 hour to the beach, 1 hour to Amsterdam and 15 min. to Rotterdam, by boat also.
