The Beach Cabin - 2 minutes walk to beach

A delightful and rare find, this original wooden cabin is within a popular secure estate 100m walk from the beach! The simple life awaits! Sleeps three happily. Two additional floor mattresses are in the loft (accessed by ladder) An inverter ensures your lights and internet won't go out loadshedding, new kitchen, new bathroom , quality bedding, superb mattress, toys, trampoline and swings, it's all about priorities, and here the priority is beach living and restful nights. Small is beautiful!

This vintage forest cabin is perched above our pristine mountain stream, set amidst a highly diverse indigenous botanical forest wetland.The cabin is entirely private with a large deck and extensive views of both mountain peaks. Hand built by owner over a period of two years, with hardwood floors throughout, hand waxed with beeswax polish from our own hives. Guests enjoy their own private access along their secluded forest path. A vintage Nestor Martin canon style wood stove will restore you.

"Bird Song" is named after the host of bird calls that greet you each morning (and the night jars that you hear after dark). It is the perfect 'private bush camp' for a ‘family-of-4’ vacation or for a secluded ‘get-away-from-it-all retreat’ for couples. The architect designed timber structure is set on a slope with views through and over the fynbos and right at the edge of pristine Indigenous Forest. A wood fired fireplace ensures you are (relatively) warm in winter.

Within the pristine Keurbooms Nature Reserve and a short drive away from the tourist towns of Plett and The Crags. This sunny ground floor unit has a separate garden entrance, with its own livingroom, kitchenette and braai patio. Set back 70m from the Keurbooms River lagoon, a five minute walk along the lagoon edge to the ocean/beach, famous for beautiful Pansy shells and the pristine Keurbooms River Sea Bird Reserve. Situated half way between Knysna and Plettenberg bay we are in a green belt, within the indigenous forest there is cycling and hiking trails. The beaches and all amenities are within a 20 min drive. This farm grows organic vegetables and is transitioning to an off the grid lifestyle.
