Sunny Sea View Bungalow - your private paradise

Overlooking the wonderful coastline and the beautiful village of Primosten, this four-star classified bungalow ist situated high up on the hills of Primosten in a calm corner. It features a sun-filled living room and two separate bedrooms. These three rooms have a separate air conditioning system. One small bathroom with shower. Living space is about 70m². All windows offer an built-in mosquito net to protect you. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. A perfect place for families with kids. We also welcome especially dog owners. The house and the grounds are completely  enclosed, so the house has privacy. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Furthermore, we do not accept groups of young men only due to negative experiences in the past. The bungalow isn't a party location. Fully and modern equipped kitchen with all amenities and utensils you may need. A washing machine is at your disposal as well. Enjoy the private sea-view terrace with spectacular views of the Croatian Ocean. The large courtyard is a perfect childrens playground. Our newly built (2022) swimming pool invites you to swim, wade, float on tubes. Or just cool off on hot days and lie smooth and serene. Length 6m, width 3,5m, depth 1,5m. The pool is exclusive for you, no sharing with other people. Private and shaded parking space is available for 2 cars on the grounds in our new carport (2024). Barbecue area to prepare the Mediterranean delicacies is waiting for you. The beaches in Primosten and Rogoznica can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Walking distance down the hill about 3,5 km.

Idealna je za goste koji žele pravi ljetni odmor, blizinu plaže i opuštenu atmosferu, daleko od gradske gužve. Kućica je funkcionalna, čista i ugodna te nudi sve što vam je potrebno za bezbrižan boravak – bilo da dolazite na kraći odmor ili duže ljetovanje. Posebna prednost je terasa na kojoj možete uživati u jutarnjoj kavi, obrocima na otvorenom ili večernjem opuštanju uz spektakularn pogled na more.

Die variable und gemütliche neue BUNGALOW mit dem Blick zum Meer wurde im Jahr 2013 gebaut. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und stilistisch eingerichtet sowie perfekt gelegen, 1 bis 2 Minuten zum Meer. Eine Wohnfläche von 65 m², mit 2 kleinen Schlafzimmern(1 Doppelbett/2 Einzelbetten), 1 Einzelbett/Zimmernische und 1 Schlafsofa im Wohnraum ist Platz für eine grosse Familie oder zwei Paare. Ein Wintertgarten für die kühleren Tage. Terrasse mit Außenküche macht besonders viel Spaß beim Kochen.

Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Our open terrace is also nearby and we can prepare traditional dishes with unique experience, or guests can spend free time there. During winter period we have special offer with great price which can be agreed and optional organized activities (fishing trips, olive garden, excursions,...).

130 m od mora – idealan za digitalne nomade! Apartman je udaljen 130 aprox metara od mora i od plaže za pse. Nudimo vam dvokrevetnu sobu sa vlastitom kupaonicom, sobu sa dva jednokrevetna ležaja koja se po potrebi mogu spojiti, kuhinju sa blagovaonicom i dvosjedom te kupaonicom. Na prekrasnoj prostranoj terasi nalazi se garnitura za 4 osobe i dvije ležajke. Klima uređaj, posteljina, ručnici i WiFi uključeni u cijenu.

Attractive bungalow at peaceful location

This attractive accommodation is located on the south, uninhabited side of the island of Pašman and with its unique position guarantees peace and quietness for your ideal vacation. There are only a few neighbours in the vicinity so the nearby (50m) beach is never crowded. The location is accessible by car by the 3km long macadam road that connects it with the main island road.

Die 2 Zimmer sind ausgelegt für 4 Personen. 2x TV mit Sat, Klima, Terasse, Küche, Grill 2020 haben wir 2 Stand-Up Paddling Board für unsere Gäste zum verleihen. So kann die Inselwelt noch besser erforscht werden.
