Lovely little cottage 200m from the sea with private garden beside the orange trees! If you want to enjoy a pleasant breakfast with singing birds and then start your adventure in Argolida then our cottage is for you! The house is 10 minutes walking distance away from Ancient Epidavros center in a quiet area near the small theater. Lovely luxury villa, ideal destination for both summer and winter, overlooking the sea, barbecue and fireplace. It is 15 minutes drive from the city of Nafplio and 5 minutes from Tolo. It is fully air conditioned and has all the infrastructure (kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Espresso machine, internet etc smart TV). At a distance of 3 minutes you will find one of the best beaches in the area, the famous Kondili.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
