Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The apartment is on the third floor of a building in the heart of Kokkari, one of the most beautiful seaside villages of Samos. Our apartment can serve as your comfortable base with a breathtaking seaview balcony while exploring the amazing village of Kokkari and its beautiful beaches! Apart from the balcony you may enjoy private access to a large terrace with a magnificent view at the village's landscape and clear sky.

Flora's House

The original house of Flora! A family house built in 1895, refurbished and renovated with artistic details ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Spiti Mou

Centraal gelegen in Kokkari op steenworp afstand van de gezellige terrassen, het strand en het pittoreske haventje. Het is een volledig gerenoveerd traditioneel Grieks huisje met een buitenterras aan de voordeur in een gezellig straatje. Op de benedenverdieping bevindt zich de separate toiletruimte met wasmachine, de slaapkamer en de ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Op de bovenverdieping is de volledig ingerichte keuken, het lounge gedeelte met slaapbank en een dakterras.
