The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
