In Mount Vernon, 15minutes away there is Hiawatha Waterpark. There is a fee. Family Reunions are Welcome. Great place to get away, read a book, sit by a fire and relax

Welcome to Trothgard. Be True. Close to MVNU, Kenyon, Mount Vernon, Utica. Spacious apartment with your own entrance on 40 acre mini farm with 1 acre pond. Two king-sized bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom. Sofabed. Fully equipped kitchen. Pets not allowed. There are other animals on the farm - sheep, ducks, dogs, cats. Fish in the pond or grill out and picnic. Paddleboat and canoe available. Some fishing equipment supplied. Very convenient location but quiet and peaceful.

This rustic 2-bedroom cabin is conveniently located on large private pond just outside the city limits of Mt. Vernon with shopping, dining, brewery and entertainment. We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, max 2 pets) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.
