Absorb the peace, tranquility and the soothing sounds of the River Flesk as it ripples past your door, all the while being in walking distance (25 minutes) of Killarney town and Killarney National Park. Killarney is a vibrant town with an abundance of excellent restaurants to suit all pockets and great bars, some with live music. Killarney is also the gateway to the beautiful Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Penninsula. We can organise tours.

Traditional stone cottage in idyllic South Kerry

A 200 year-old stone cottage in the beautiful Roughty valley, close to the village of Kilgarvan, the beautiful heritage town of Kenmare and also Killarney and its famous National Park. The cottage maintains many original features including the original stone floor and hearth. It’s set on its own private garden where you can truly enjoy the peace and quiet of this amazing place and is also an ideal base for discovering so much including the Ring of Kerry and the Beara Penninsula.

Muckross cottage

A luxurious, newly built two bedroom house located 3.6 km from muckross house & 6km from Killarney town center. It is the perfect getaway for a peaceful weekend, deep in the heart of muckross. Surrounded by various wildlife & farm animals. The Gleneagle INEC is a quick 3km trip away along with many hotels on the muckross road. Other nearby sight seeing locations include torc waterfall, muckross abbey, ladies view & Ross castle. Horse & cart tours can be arranged with notice.

A perfect base for hiking or cycling in the area. The cottage was built in the 1970’s so it is not a new property and the interior reflects the age. The house is not suitable for kids as there is only 1 bed.
