There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

Manor Lodge is a modern, self-catering detached holiday home situated one kilometer from the quaint village of Louisburgh with its many pubs and restaurants. The busy town of Westport is 15km away. On the drive you will be captivated by the awesome scenery of Clew Bay on one side and Croagh Patrick on the other. Within a ten mile radius, you will find Delphi adventure center and the renowned Doologh Valley with Leenance a little further away. Roonagh pier is a 5 minute drive.
