Built at the turn of last century, The Beacon House is an idyllic seaside retreat with wrap-around decks, historic veranda, extensive grounds and uninterrupted sea views. The location is ideal for relaxed holidays among family & friends. On tranquil Tankerton Beach, The Beacon House is positioned above a unique spit (The Whitstable Street) a landmark view and famous for fossil foraging, fishing & seal-spotting. Original arts and crafts detailing combines with modern facilities for a luxury stay.

Weaver's Cottage

Weaver's Cottage is located in the peaceful garden setting of 15th C Cloth Hall. Smarden was once renowned as a weaving community. The cottage has been lovingly converted into a stunning retreat for four, offering a super king-size bed & 2 single footstool beds, a luxury spa bathroom and a large comfy sofa right in front of a wood burning stove. Guests also have access to heated outdoor swimming pool in the warmer half of the year and an optional hot tub year round for an additional hire fee.

Unique & beautiful luxury wood cabin with outstanding views over the Alkham Valley. Self catering studio accommodation for 2 adults incl. bathroom and king size bed. Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

Tucked away in mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor estate, it’s spacious, private and full of character. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool in summer, optional hot tub, rustic outdoor shower, BBQ, garden games, exploring the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, beaches, Canterbury, Folkestone, Ashford Designer Outlet, farm shops & plenty more - or simply just chill and enjoy the cottage!

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.
