Welcome to The Cottage at Pine Lake! This quaint, fully renovated home is ready for your next getaway. Located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood in Cedar Springs, Michigan, you'll be close to all of the activities that West Michigan has to offer. House amenities include a spacious living space with plentiful updated fixtures and finishes, washer/dryer, wifi + cable, walk-in shower, hot tub, fire pit, grill, kayaks, and lake access to all-sports Pine Lake is just steps away from your front door.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. I have lovingly planned to make your stay a lovely and cozy experience. The newly remodeled cottage has gorgeous knotty-pine paneling and comfortable furniture. The cottage lies in a cute RV/mobile home park which has been owned by me, Nancy, for 39 years. While there is plenty of privacy, there is also the safety of sweet and friendly neighbors, where the quiet hours are strictly enforced. Be with me in my little slice of heaven.

Lakefront Cottage in the woods w/Bunkhouse & Boat

Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a renovated lakefront bungalow w/bunkhouse that includes FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Situated on on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front, as well as private pond out back filled year-round w/wildlife. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

Lakefront House - Beautiful views and large beach

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

LUX Lake Access/BOAT/BBQ/Gameroom/BBC

The Lake Lodge Estate is an amenity-rich, spacious 3600 sq ft property on a park-like acre steps away from Big Pine Island, a 223-acre all sports lake. 30 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. Perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon included in rental in summer June to August only. Fee outside of those months due to weather factors and it available on a daily basis of use. Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. Pet friendly with fee.

Lakefront Cottage at water's edge w/free Pontoon

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Murray Lake Retreat - Private Waterfront Home

This home on the tip of the peninsula on Murray Lake is a wonderful, private retreat. Dock for your boat or rental and ample parking for trailers and toys.
